License Renewal
The following link
provides renewal
information for
Orthotists,
Prosthetists,
Orthotists/Prosthetists,
Pedorthists,
Mastectomy Fitters,
Orthotic Suppliers,
Assistants and
Accredited
Facilities.
Renewal applications
and fees must be
submitted
annually,
Renewals are due starting on October 1st and not later than December 31st.

**ALL FITTERS MUST SUBMIT THEIR EARNED CEUs ANNUALLY. LICENSE RENEWALS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THEM**
